helpdesk support

POSITION SUMMARY

The Helpdesk Support with will work with IT Support to ensure all Windows applications are up and running. They will responsible for all internal service calls and creating user accounts. Candidate must have strong customer service skills and a can do attitude!
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm .


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support issues include printer problems, network connectivity issues, and MS Office Suite
  • Need to be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Provide internal office service calls
  • Occasional PC installations
  • Create company user accounts
  • Responsible for e-mail issue resolution

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ yrs experience as a Helpdesk or IT Support of desktop technical
  • 1+ yrs experience with Windows and Mac
  • Knowledge of MS office 2003 applications
  • Experience with Linux highly preferred
  • Must have high school diploma

**Candidates must be willing and able to work in our office in Valparaiso, and must be willing to start work within 2 weeks. Please no contract or temporary inquiries, this is a permanent, full time position.**
