LiveCHAT OPERATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist potential and converted customers with questions regarding product details, shipping, and general customer service. The actual live chat is implemented through a traditional chat program in addition to email responses. The purpose of the Livechat operator is to raise conversions by answering any questions and thus alleviating any concerns a potential customer may have.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering any and all questions with accurate information
  • Advanced knowledge of all product information on websites Livechat is featured
  • Thorough understanding of Velaro Chat program, including reporting
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Increase profits through effective answers and quality closes
  • Twelve hour turnaround time on email questions
  • Design and input ready answers to common questions
  • Other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Windows
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
